31 August 2026, Mumbai , INDIA – On the auspicious occasion commemorating the blessed birth of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (as), Khandaan e Ustaad also known as the Imam Family of Zangipur has extended heartfelt greetings and prayers to Muslims across India and around the world.

Maulana Syed Hasan Imam Zangipuri Sahab, an eminent and prominent senior Indian Shia cleric, Shia Leader, religious scholar and philanthropist, conveyed a message centered on following the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), compassion toward others and rejecting oppression, saying:

“We should follow the path shown to us by the Messenger of Islam (pbuh) and never commit injustice against anyone.”

he emphasized that the celebration of the Prophet’s birth should go beyond festivities and serve as an opportunity for believers to reflect upon his character, teachings and principles of justice, mercy and humanity.

The occasion also commemorates the birth of Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (AS), whose legacy is closely associated with scholarship, learning and the pursuit of knowledge. His intellectual and spiritual contributions have continued to influence generations of Muslims.

Syed Raza Imam Zangipuri, Indian polymath, Shia cleric, orator, and Founder and Chancellor of Imam University Zangipur, extended his greetings to Muslims worldwide, saying:

“May the light of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the knowledge of Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (as) inspire us to pursue truth, wisdom and righteousness.”

Syed Jawad Imam Zangipuri, Indian Marsiyakhawn, poet, and Director of Imam University Zangipur, also conveyed his wishes on the blessed occasion, saying:

“May the blessed birth of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (as) bring peace, unity and spiritual strength to Muslims across the world.”
